Here are three luxury - apartments for long-term guests, against a price surcharge is also a short-term rental possible.

Equipment:

All three apartments are heated by wall heating, the walls are covered with clay and lime plaster and wood fiber insulation, this ensures a perfect indoor climate both in summer and winter. Furthermore, all apartments are equipped with solid oak floorboards. The many large insulated glass and soundproof windows provide bright light. In every room there is a highspeed - internet access, further in all areas WLAN is available. For common use is a roof terrace accessible via the staircase. In the basement is the communal - laundry room with two washing machines, a dryer and an ironing board with iron.

Kitchen:

Whisper Siemens dishwasher, self-cleaning Siemens oven, Bora - induction hob with integrated Bora - extractor fan, microwave, kettle, egg boiler, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, sandwich maker, blender, food processor, stainless steel pot set, Tefal - pans, Zwilling chef's knives and enough cutlery, glasses and dishes.

Bedrooms:

Teak beds 200 x 200 cm with high quality mattresses, slatted frames, pillows and comforters from the Franconian bedding factory, the quality of which you are accustomed to from Villa Paulus, teak bedside table, 2 - door teak closet with plenty of hangers, chest of drawers with LCD - TV.

Office / guest room (only ground floor + 1st floor)

8. 1 night = 149,- day

The prices include VAT for occupancy with one person. Each additional person is charged with € 25,- / day.

For rentals of seven nights or more, an intermediate cleaning with linen change is included once a week.

Optionally, further intermediate cleaning and linen change can be booked.

Optional breakfast in the Villa Paulus is possible after advance reservation, € 14,-.

Cancellation conditions:

In case of cancellation we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee:

• in case of cancellation up to 7 days before the start of the rental period: 70 % of the agreed rental price
• in case of cancellation 2 days or more before the beginning of the rental period: 100 % of the agreed rental price
